RETURN POLICY
We want you to love VENOM BY SARAH pieces! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a store credit return policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines:
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition : The item must be unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non - Returnable Items: Certain items, such as swimwear / bikini items are not eligible for return.
- HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

info@venomsupport.com . Please include your order number and the reason for your return.Return Authorization : Once we approve your return, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required for your return to be processed.
Return Shipping : You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- STORE CREDIT
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be issued store credit for the full value of the product(s). The store credit will be sent to your account via email and can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
Store credit is non-transferable and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
